Sue Ann Atkinson did an excellent job representing us in the sale of 500 Conrad Point Rd. Although the property was out of state, she made the entire experience feel manageable and low‑stress by keeping us informed with consistent weekly status updates and clear communication throughout the listing period. She went above and beyond by helping us quickly secure a reliable contractor to handle repairs after a wind storm, which was critical given that we were managing everything remotely. Once an offer was accepted, Sue Ann walked us through each step of the closing process, explaining the paperwork and timelines so we always knew what to expect. She also did a great job guiding us in understanding the local market, including pricing dynamics and buyer expectations, which helped us feel confident in our decisions. Overall, Sue Ann combined professionalism, local expertise, and proactive communication, and we would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home in that area.
